Mid-Autumn Festival of Love – Sending Love to the Central Region
22 November, 2024This year’s Mid-Autumn Festival, although the recent Typhoon Yagi has left heavy damage to the people of the North, causing the full moon atmosphere to be devoid of the sound of lion dance drums and traditional Mid-Autumn Festival trays, at IQ School, the warmth of love still spreads in every little heart.
Sharing Mid-Autumn Festival – Sending Love:
Instead of the usual fun activities, IQ School students together donated and sent meaningful gifts to the people of the Central region who are facing difficulties due to storms and floods. That small action is full of love and mutual affection from teachers and students of IQ School.
Full of emotions:
Moments of watching Mid-Autumn Festival performances were replaced by moments of sadness and emotion when together watching the images of devastation caused by storms and floods and the difficult circumstances of the people of the Central region. Through that, the students understand more about the meaning of sharing and love in life.
The Mid-Autumn Festival is still meaningful:
Although there are not as many bustling activities as every year, this year’s Mid-Autumn Festival is more special than ever. The children had a meaningful experience, learning valuable lessons about compassion, sharing and solidarity in times of hardship. This year’s Mid-Autumn Festival is still intact but full of love and humanistic meaning.
